These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bajikar platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonuses, and account management features. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bajikar. By accessing or using any part of the bajikar platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any provision set out below, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

Account Security Standards
Your account credentials are your responsibility. bajikar enforces strong password standards, optional two-factor authentication, and automatic suspicious-activity alerts to keep your account protected at all times.

Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, singular includes plural and vice versa.
- "Platform"
- Refers to the bajikar website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any software or services made available by bajikar to registered users, collectively.
- "Player" / "You" / "User"
- Any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered, including any person who creates an account, makes a deposit, participates in any game, or claims any promotional offer.
- "Account"
- The individual account created by a Player on the Platform, which holds the Player's personal details, balance, transaction history, bonus records, and game activity logs.
- "Balance" / "Real Money Balance"
- Funds denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) that have been deposited by the Player and are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
- "Bonus Funds"
- Credits awarded to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully met. Bonus funds are distinct from Real Money Balance at all times.
- "Wagering Requirement"
- The total cumulative bet amount a Player must place before bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered thirty times in total).
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer)
- The identity and payment verification process conducted by bajikar before approving withdrawals, in accordance with anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. Includes verification of government-issued ID and payment method ownership.
- "Restricted Territory"
- Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local law. Players located in Restricted Territories are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their jurisdiction qualifies as a Restricted Territory.
- "BST"
- Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6. All time references in these Terms & Conditions, including bonus expiry windows, session limits, and support availability, are expressed in BST unless otherwise stated.
Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. bajikar reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via account notification or a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
Access to the bajikar Platform is restricted to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria without exception.
To register and maintain an active account on bajikar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bajikar enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
- You are registering and acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
- You do not hold any other active or previously suspended account on the bajikar Platform. Each Player is permitted to maintain a single account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held in excess accounts may be voided.
- You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or family member of a household of any employee or contractor of bajikar or any affiliated entity.
- You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or compulsion of any kind.
- Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
Age Verification: bajikar will request identity documents at any point during your account lifecycle, and always before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within 72 hours of a verification request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.
Registration Process
To create an account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate and to notify bajikar support promptly if any detail changes.
bajikar reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access, and bajikar may at any time impose additional verification requirements on any account.
Account Obligations & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bajikar account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances. bajikar will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that an unauthorised third party has accessed your account, you must notify bajikar support immediately at support@bajikar. Upon receiving such notification, bajikar will suspend the account pending a security review and may require identity re-verification before restoring access.
Prohibited Account Conduct
The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses in a manner not intended for human players.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
- Exploiting identified technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in the Platform's favour without immediately reporting them to support.
- Using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
- Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses or other single-account promotional offers more than once.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal systems.
- Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your account or account balance to any third party.
bajikar employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts identified as engaging in any prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Withheld balances will be subject to investigation, and funds confirmed as arising from prohibited activity will be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the bajikar Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern how funds are deposited, held, and withdrawn.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the deposit, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of any winnings generated from those funds.
bajikar does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bajikar bears no responsibility. It is your responsibility to check the terms of your chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
Before any withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documentation must be submitted via the account verification section and will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit on the account, and only to the same registered account holder. bajikar reserves the right to request additional verification at any stage of the withdrawal process if fraud indicators are identified.
Unclaimed Balances
If an account remains inactive — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — and holds a positive Real Money Balance, bajikar will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days of that notification, the account may be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳150 will apply to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account holder reactivates the account and claims their funds. Real Money Balances are never permanently forfeited without prior written notice.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bajikar are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published with each individual offer.
bajikar offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and VIP rewards are all subject to wagering requirements before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period applicable to each offer are stated clearly at the point of opt-in and in the full bonus terms section of your account area.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, once wagering requirements are fully met, are transferred to Real Money Balance.
- Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per verified identity. Using multiple accounts to claim the same offer constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances and account closure.
- Unless the specific offer states otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only.
- Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry window stated in the specific offer. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
- Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms.
- The maximum bet permitted while wagering bonus funds is ৳500 per spin or per bet event, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the individual offer. Bets placed above this threshold while a bonus is active may be voided at bajikar's discretion.
- bajikar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Material changes to active bonuses already credited to Player accounts will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Bonus Abuse Policy: bajikar actively monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across bonus-eligible markets, and systematic exploitation of bonus structures. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided and bonuses removed without prior notice.
Game Rules & Betting Conduct
All games and betting markets available on the bajikar Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface, supplemented by the general conduct rules set out below.
All casino game outcomes on the bajikar Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from internationally audited software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game results are final once settled by the system and cannot be reversed on the basis of a Player's preference for a different outcome.
Sports Betting & Cricket Markets
Sports betting odds on bajikar, including all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket markets, reflect probabilities at the time of market publication and are subject to change up to the point of market suspension at event start. In-play betting is available on selected markets and is governed by real-time data feeds. bajikar reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event segment has already been determined, regardless of the data feed delay.
In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation before the required minimum play period has been completed (as defined per sport in the individual market rules), all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Real Money Balances within 24 hours of the event's official cancellation being confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or software error that affects a game's ability to produce a valid result, bajikar reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players. bajikar will not pay out winnings on any game round that cannot be verified as having been completed successfully by the Platform's game servers. bajikar accepts no liability for losses incurred due to a Player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage during an active game session.
Maximum Winnings
Single-transaction maximum payout limits apply on the bajikar Platform as follows: slots and RNG table games are capped at ৳20,00,000 per single game round; live casino table games are subject to the published table limits displayed within the game interface; sports betting single-event maximum payout is ৳50,00,000. Winnings generated in excess of published maximum payout limits will be adjusted to the applicable cap at settlement.
Responsible Gaming & Age Verification
bajikar is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following provisions form a binding part of these Terms & Conditions and apply to all registered Players.
The bajikar Platform is strictly for adult entertainment. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market. bajikar will verify the age of Players through identity documentation checks and reserves the right to suspend any account pending age confirmation at any point in the account lifecycle.
Every registered Player has access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings area, available at no cost and without restriction:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted across a rolling daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once the limit is reached, wagering is suspended for the remainder of that period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a continuous play session exceeds your chosen duration. Session reminders are advisory but help players maintain awareness of their activity.
- Timeout: Suspend your account for a defined cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a timeout, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
- Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term account closure for a minimum period of six months. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reinstated before the exclusion period expires, and reinstatement requires a formal review process.

Account Suspension & Closure
Both Players and bajikar hold rights to initiate account closure. The following terms govern how suspension and closure are handled and what happens to account balances in each scenario.
Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bajikar support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be removed and the associated bonus balance forfeited. Your remaining Real Money Balance, if above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500, will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited upon closure unless an exception is approved by our support team.
Closure by bajikar
bajikar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraud.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal verification request.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Identification of an underage Player.
- Court order, legal obligation, or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.
Where an account is closed by bajikar due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, bajikar reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Funds confirmed as having been derived from fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited. Funds confirmed as legitimately deposited Real Money Balance unrelated to the breach will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of the investigation.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the bajikar Platform shall be subject to the internal dispute resolution process described below. In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted in writing to support@bajikar with the subject line "Formal Dispute". bajikar will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may seek independent advice regarding any legal remedies available to you in your jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. bajikar reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
